Ringing Mode can work with both new and old AFMs. As an example, it works just fine with a 20-year old MultiMode AFM (by Digital Instruments/Veeco).

Bruker Nano is one of NSS distributors. Ringing mode extension can also be purchased from NSS directly. As of today, Ringing mode for old Bruker AFMs can be purchased through NSS only.

Ringing Mode works equally well in air and liquid.

Both warranties are the same as warranty service is provided by NSS.

There is no difference in the price of a Ringing Mode unit.
